Well, Doug's demise has made the national news, radio and tv, here in Canada, which has me somewhat mollified. I just wanted to pitch my support for the idea that we all carry around a black towel for the next week or so as a symbol of our loss; it seems only right that the world at large should stand up and take notice of what is, whether they know it or not, their loss as well.
