You said cum and get them!
What do you mean, 'slippery'?
Not yet, anyway.
What's this business about "a beer.....a blonde...." ?
Brunettes are so much more lively!

Slippery verbally I meant. And I had no idea that you were a brunette, I officially recend my comment and make it brunettes.

Lox? As for topping anything else, I thought it was a good idea that you sacrificed your bathing suit to a shark. The view is soooo much better.

*blushes*
You are too kind, sir.
I don't believe I've ever had Lox.
Is it fish? Like fish paste?
Ok, bad expression. I couldn't come up with a better description.
I like them with jelly/jam or cream cheese. I've also had onion bagels with salmon spread.
Good stuff.
Listening to "On the Turning Away" from A Momentary Lapse of Reason, while I type.
Also good stuff.
What do you think?

Lox is a salted Salmon paste. And that song is among my favorites. PF is far and away my favorite band.

Luna(Queen of Hearts) Posted Jan 1, 2000
Seriously? Mine also.
I bought myself two PF yesterday.
Actually, I bought CD's of two that I already had 1 on vinyl, 1 on cassette.

These are the albums I have (all on cd) The Wall, Saucer full of secrets, Umma Gumma, Medle, Animals, Division Bell, Dark Side, Momentary Lapse, The Final cut, Piper at the Gates of Dawn, Relics, Obscured by clouds, and More. Yup I kind of like them.

You've got me topped, luv.
I have The Wall, Dark Side of the Moon, Momentary Lapse of Reason, & The Final Cut.
I was looking at Umba Gumba, Piper at the Gates of Dawn & Relics while at Media Play, but their equipment was screwed up so I couldn't get a taste. I realize that if it's Floyd, it's gotta be good, but.......limited funds make for limited choices. I have Animals on vinyl, they didn't have it in on CD.
What else do you listen to?
Old stuff ? New stuff? Both?
Do you like blues?
Do you like to answer questions from slippery women?

I listen to a grate selections of music. ATM I have mostly techno cd's within easy reach. As for blues, I only listen to them rarely. I have to be in the right mood. My sister is a big blues fan, so every so often I can't get a way from it. But it can be a good listen. As for answering your questions, please keep em coming... BTW if you go to media play for music may I safely assume that you live on the west side of the Big Pond?

Assume away. I am in Ohio.
I was mostly thinking of Clapton, Joe Cocker & Stevie Ray Vaughn, when I asked about blues. I like the older bunch too, in small doses. They can get depressing.
I like Jethro Tull, as well. It's a 'flute thing'. I play.
Techno? I'm not sure what is considered techno. You'll have to throw me some names.
We listen to a little of evrything around here, except Country. I have a brother who enjoys it, so I understand the "can't escape" comment. Some times we even have Phantom of the Opera or Three Tenors resounding through the house.
I have teenagers. (15 &13) We listen to Kid Rock, Rage Against the Machine, Godsmack, Metallica (older), Smash Mouth, as well as classic rock. Oh, and Al Yankovic. My son says he rocks!
My daughter likes A. Morrisette, C. Agulara (sp?), W. Houston, Santana & Lou Bega. I've decided to get her some Salsa. I bet she'd enjoy it.
I encourage musical diversity, I just pay attention to lyrics when they bring in something new. Don't want to be like my mom with censorship, but their outside influences are still my concern for a few more years, anyway.
This has turned into a music biography. Sorry.

Hey no problem there. As for my Techno tastes, Chemical Brothers, Leftfield, Faithless, Utah Saints the list goes on. The few times I listen to the radio it will be on an alternative rock station. Right now I am listening to the soundtrack from "The Matrix" But the occasional strands of Bach or Beethoven will sound out as well.

Seems I always logoff just before you get on, or get on within 2 hours of you posting.
Timing.....
I am not familliar with the groups you mentioned. I will check them out. Always open for something new.
We have an alternative station out of Columbus (I believe), it's a start.
Matrix is an awsome movie. Good music. Plot makes you think.
~Is this really happening? Or is it just a crazy dream?~

As you seem a person of some taste (I should know right? ) I must enquire to what is your favorite author. You can tell a lot about a girl from her reading material.

Luna(Queen of Hearts) Posted Jan 3, 2000
I don't think I can answer that in 25 words or less, so ........
I'll read just about anything that I consider well written. I get an idea of whether or not I'll finish a book by chapter 2, generally.
My top favorites are 1.mysteries/spy novels & 2. Sci fi/Adventure fantasy.
Some Authors.....1. John Le'Carre, Stuart Kaminsky, Tony Hillerman, Patricia Cornwell (these are just a start)
2. Stephen R. Donaldson, Phillip Jose' Farmer, Pierce Anthony, Anne Rice, DNA, Terry Prachett, Dean Koontz, Robert Jordan, some Stephen King, some Frank Herbert, Fred Saberhagen (sp?), Julian May, Harry Turtledove, Orson Scott Card...............
enough for now.
I also like Historical Fiction, and non-fiction. I am a bit of a history buff. mostly WWII & Early American.
Also like 'the classics', English Lit was one of my fav classes in college. Soc major with a long list of Lit courses.
My bro is working towards a degree in Lit.
How about you?

I like techno thrillers like Tom Clancy etc. I also like sci fan Piers Anthony, Prachett, Eddings, Herbert, Asimov, and others. I have a new fav author atm though, Neal Stephenson. If you like WWII stuff you should get Cryptonomicon. It is about WWII code breaking and modern day intrigue.
