sorry, i think you've got you're own virtual stalker here. it's just that i just saw your site, and am gobsmacked. I gotta learn how to do that s**t, man. What are these tutorials i hear of? how do i get the text for a picture? is it true i need a yahoo! website to have pics on H2G2? How do i put in a link to another section of my page, etc?

Whoa, sorry, got a bit carried away. I just vreally whant someone to tell me how to get all that s**t on my page. Maybe i'm better off getting an ordibnary website. do those cost money?

Right, well, HTML is easy to learn, bit by bit. To find some good tutorial sites go to yahoo! and type:
HTML tutorial
in the search box, and it should come up with a few. But a lot of them teach you pointless stuff which you don't really need in H2G2, so best way to learn is to ask around. I'm a good place to start, (modesty flowing) as i got a basic knowledge of it.

Anyways, right, i won't confuse you by telling you all the code you want now, as you should really take it step by step, or you'll look at it all, and think, wow, that just flew over my head. so first things first. To get a link to someone elses page, type:
The text you want
Copy everything from the 1st < to the last > including the <'s and >'s
so, for example, you could type:
MadMunk's Page
And that would give a link to my page.
Right, I'll explain some more later.
have a mess with those first, and see how you get on.

well it sort of works you end up with a blank window unless you wrtie some graphics to it. You should check the typing on your test page.

Alright, Bugsy's just here to say goodbye, as he goes off To France for two weeks, to stay with his aunt. Not quite as exciting as UAE, and i doubt i'll get the amount of grief that our glorious leader got, but i suppose, being a traitor, and everything. I leave you with my new name. It's to coincide with my new status as a member of the Madmunk posse, and the fact that i read fish/she pastey's page on HTML, which i still don't know what it stands for. I've got a user page called Fishtest, with one picture, which i'm really proud of, but when i get back i'm gonna appear in a blaze of glory, with a page worthy of the masters.
