Getting back to the Guide
Posted Aug 18, 2001
After such a lot of trouble with the passwords - and the e-mails from that little episode may well form the subject of a later entry for the Guide - I have finally got back and started to update my old entries. For some reason, all the ones I had in the old equivalent of the "Edited Guide" are back out of it again, so I am taking the opportunity to update them all.
And then, I'll resubmit them again because I think they are worthy of it. At the moment, I am working on my introduction, since it is also my entry about researchers. Some pictures would be nice, and I have to look at those yet, but its just about ready.

Bombs, bombs, bombs
Posted Apr 30, 1999
Today has been a great day for the explosives industry.
Apart from the big bangs they have been making up the road at the
local quarry, there were several thousand pounds of high explosive
falling all over Kosovo and Serbia, several smaller wars going on all
over the world and even London got in on the act with its very own
Soho nail bomb.
Now, Soho is not generally known for bombs, but it does seem a very
appropriate place for this one. Nothing against Soho, London or any
of the people involved - and very sad indeed about the deaths. But
let's face it, Soho is famous for other things that bang and get
nailed from time to time...
