Hi Tina, I was dissappointed not to be able to get there, it just wasn't safe, ice being more of a problem than the snow.

Safety first - there will be another opportunity to meet.
Back safe to my friends place - and I am sure travelling back to Germany won't be a problem either (only I know what state I will be in when leaving England....)
