Finals over in three days so I should be able to get back on here now, I had to put it away for a while or I would have got no work done.

Hi ST, wow a drink. Wine's more my style but beer always good (in moderation). Don't mind if I do actually seen as I've finished for the day. All passed and qualified ready for the next stage now, I thought I was busy before but these criminals you dislike so much are keeping me busy and in work. Thought this one might make you giggle abit: (in DV court) Traffic warden on a malicious wounding charge. Victim is going to be ok, minor lacerations to the upper arm (so they say). I wish I was prosecuting on that one, I'd love to shaft a traffic warden, trouble is theres a queue though to take this one on! - Will they ever be able to find an impartial prosecutor though. lol, he's definately looking at a custodial, might be able to get it suspended (loads of form reading and filling to be done on this one yet tho, groans). Hope your well mate, i'd be interested to know your opinion on this one!

Well unless he pleads self defence then he's abused his position of authority basically and should be made an example of.

Same for anyone in uniform, regardless of the service they work in. If he was being harrassed or attacked by a motorist for issuing a ticket then thats possibly a self defence claim and the other party should be prosecuted.
