Sorry for my long delay also, this was due to me forgeting how to access my home page. I haven't been to rugby for ages because of my shoulder, I've ripped a muscle somewhere and will probably need an operation. Ah well! On to next season. "Not" does look a bit wierd I suppose (if you can remember back that far!). I wouldn't mind one of those pictures though if that's all right, it'll bring my scrap book total up to 3! Have you read the 5th book of H2G2 yet?

Sorry to hear the shoulder is still bad, still your being very sensible to take the time out to mend. To many return to soon and can create long lasting probz. Check out a home fixture and come over soon , I know the lads will be pleased to see you. You havent seen James knock-on in ages !
He along with John,Ciaran & Shane made Essex County Club's and they are greatly improving from the quality training . I have no doubt you would have made the grade too. Life aint always played in a straight line (a bit like some Upminster backs eh!) Tell Mar & Par we hope to see them at the Winger & Prance in April. Be patient and come back with a vengeance. Deano.
