What does the Sun do to car drivers?
Posted Apr 30, 1999
Why is it that car drivers become so dangerous and scatter brained when the Sun comes out?
I have noticed before that if we get a day of really strong sunshine, there are lots more accidents and close misses thna on ordinary days.
I wonder if someone has a theory about this or examined the correlation of accidents against weather data?
