I shall do mine in long form as well, which is wehavenormality at yahoo dot com. Or there is also my other address, which is madman42q at yahoo dot com.
What kind of books do you like to read?

I read virtually everything except stupid romance novels.
My favourite authours range from Douglas Adams to Stephen King via Harry Harrison, Terry Pratchett and Len Deighton.
Some people say I read for the sake of it but the truth is reading is far more entertaining to me than tv.
What about yourself?

Douglas, of course. I can't stand market-stand romance novels. I love graphic novels, particularly manga. It's hard to say what genre I stick to, because lately I've branched out into everything. Right now I'm working on "The Two Towers" by JRR Tolkien, because I want to finish it before I watch the movie.
I've written some stuff that falls into several categories at once, but never has anything of mine been sent to be published. I've also written two parodies of classic novels; "The Wizard of Oz" and "Alice in Wonderland". I'm not sure which book I will parody next.

There is an excellent parody called "The Mcatrix Derided" or as an alternative there is "Bored of the rings"

I must find those! I love the Matrix movies, so that should be a treat!
Have you ever watched "Salad Fingers" on Newgrounds?
*sigh* What book shall I do next? I thought about "The Neverending Story", but not sure how to go about it. I've read it many times and still wonder why they made Falkor look like a dog in the movies.
Maybe they'll remake it and use a CGI luckdragon.

To be honest I've never read the book because after seeing the film I mentally wrote it off as a waste of time

The book is quite good, but the movie was a disaster in more ways than one. The horse really did get killed when the lifts failed and it did drown. They almost killed Noah Hathaway in the same manner and while he was learning to ride a horse he broke his arm.
Do you think they'll film "The Hobbit" as well, since they did the rest of the LOTR series?
Umm Hi

I would like to think so but the problem as I see it is that Peter Jackson would probably want entirely far too much money to do it.
That said if he did it with the same passion as he did LOTR then wouldn't it be a fantastic film?
I'd also like to see the silmarrilion on the silver screen. Done right it would have all the haunting beauty of the book.
Who knows it could be you that writes the screen play.
You've a talent for writing so why not try a different direction?
Umm Hi

I tried writing a script, but it didn't work too well. And it was a comic book script, too.
I've yet to send you any of my work. Would you like to read some?
Umm Hi

Cool...once you've finished the saga I just sent (gay romance meets Jerry Springer, sorta) I'll send "The Wizard of Lozenge".
