Andy was freaking out this morning looking at all the paperwork he had. He completely flipped. Went into a blind panic.
He called the guy at the American Embassy in London that we've been dealing with. You usually can't call and ask for help directly at the Embassy, they'll just send you forms or you'll get lost in VM, but there is this one amazing guy who's in charge of Visas and who has been helping us along the way just because he's nice.
Well, I can't believe it, but he actually talked Andy down this morning. We've called enough that he knew who Andy was the minute he answered the phone and he totally sat with my fiance on the phone and said things like, "Don't worry about it man, it's all going to be so easy. You're all set. Worry about your bride and your wedding, we'll make sure the rest of this stuff is simple. Take a deep breath... relax." So the guy is laughing good-naturedly and actually talking my finace DOWN from a freak-out session! As soon as we get our visa I'm sending this guy the hugest honkinest expensive bunch of flowers and champange I can find!
The only thing he says is that if Andy doesn't have his police report that he'll be denied, but he can bring it in when he gets it and they'll approve him right there. He says that the Police Report is the only thing we have to worry about.
Andy is greatly relieved and calls me all joyfull that this guy was so wonderful and helpful. Then he goes to his mum's house.
Guess what's waiting there!?!? No, go on!! GUESS!!
YEP! We now have his Police Report, a full 6 days before our earliest projected expectation!
He called me on the verge of tears and I just totally started bawling. We have all our paperwork done now and the guy that issues Visas cares about us personally and has already said that it's in the bag.
I'm so...I'm so...I'm NOT SICK! 
I'm so full of joy I don't even know how I'm not floating up to the ceiling!!
BY GOD I'M GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!
