How are you going?

It seems to be *looks at watch* later than I really want to be at work, but I'm gonna be here a while yet - stuff to do in a couple of hours, but not much to do right now...

Ooh. The phone just rang - not actually my phone but I answered it anyway. The question was too easy. I blitzed it and sent the satisfied inquirer on his way. At least I'm earning my money (a teensy tiny bit anyhoo).

I just checked, though, and apparently I'm still bored. Once again I hate how all your hemispherical time-zoney things are all out of whack with mine. It makes it hard to have conversations with people when there are such pregnant pauses - although young Justin and I had a stab at it earlier today (thanks for all the real estate in your message centre btw).

I had a half a meatball sub and a half a pizza sub a couple of hours ago and I thought of you, but I couldn't get the 'spicy meatball' line right. Ah well, I guess the world still turns.

Aaaargh, basically. I'm just very much wanting to snuggle down in bed and snooze - as soon as I get home I'll just bet I'm wide awake again, though. Then I won't get enough sleep and I'll be tired, uninspired and just generally Mr CrankyPants all day tomorrow.

I think I need a holiday. Yes. Yes I do. We picked up a brochure for holidays with sunshine and water and what appeared to be a stack of beautiful people. That was probably a mistake, because of the current cash-flow situation, but it's been ages since the Noooooooosa trip and I think it's time for another jaunt somewhere.

I'm not sure, really, but I suspect I may be rambling. I wonder what causes that. *looks around at immediate surroundings* Ah. Being tired and at work, apparently.

Anyway, thank you again for your page. I will sauter off somewhere else now. I hope your dreams are all full of love and snuggles.

Oh my GOODNESS!!

I know that you were bored and Mr. CrankyPants at work today, but if I could just describe to you the absolute and unmitigated joy with which I viewed my page this morning! All the posts! And from two of the cutest boys ever invented!!

Well, I just don't mind telling you that it made me want to hollar and laugh and dance around. Which I did a little of, but in a bathroom stall so that I wouldn't get fired.

This is such a tense day, too. Thank you so much for all of your talkings.

I'm sorry your bored. Do you know what's good when you can't afford a holiday? Go out and buy yourself the fanciest pants you can FIND. Seriously. Then wear them next weekend somewhere flashy.

OOOooo! Or I know how you could surprise Robby and make him go all romantic!! I read this in a book! Go out and buy a bunch of flowers and potted plants. Fill the bathroom with them if you can. Just fill it! Then, take a CD player in there and play calypso music. Then have lots of fruit and bar-b-qued ribs and things to munch on and THEN.. and this is the big exciting bit... Wash off your dust pan, Use tape or string to hook it so that the shower falls on the wide part and then falls off into the tub. It's like a waterfall!!

VOILA! Surprise Luau!! Makawakkawakka... You could also wear a loincloth and do a hula dance, then make love in paradise.

I can't wait to use this plan on Andy! Instant tropical vacation.

What's the most romantic thing you can think of? I need good ideas.
