wandering around H2G2 I seem to stumble upon your entries all the time… so you're from Chicago? as I'll be there on vacation in mid-august I'd like any tips about places to see & things to do.

The John Hancock Building
The Art Museum
The Observatory
The Aquarium
I would also recommend going to:
Hang out on the beach
A free concert at Grant Park
A Cubs Game at Wrigley Field
Several different clubs

well, it varies. I usually enjoy the black side of music, jazz to hip-hop, except for cheesy r'n'b. also, I like latin styles and some indie rock if it's not too noisy.
plus, I'd like to know which the best cinemas are.
