Hows life in the offices of H2G2?
Just a couple of quick question....
How long does it take before a guide entry gets looked at by an editor? I ask because I have a couple of my first articles are heading into 5/6 weeks....
And, do you play a musical instrument?
Also do you get to work before everyone else?

Hi Daniel
I just had one edited that I submitted at the beginning of September. We apologise that you had to wait, eventually we would like to get rid of the backlog altogether.
Well spotted - Anna is always the first Editor into the office. I am usually second. And Mark is usually last. I wonder why that is
The other two questions, I don't know, but I will ask Anna

Hello
Everything's fine here. Having quite a quiet time at the moment... Um the queue's still rather long, I'm afraid. You might have to wait a few more weeks, but all the sub-eds are working really hard, and as you seem to have discovered, I do get in early, so it shouldn't be too long before we get to your entries. Promise.
Mmm, no I don't play a musical instrument. Do you?

Thanks for your reply Anna, I understand you are very busy with this little bundle of joy called H2G2! Keep working hard! The more work you guys and girls do over there the bigger and better H2G2 gets and therefore the more addicted we researchers get!
I do play guitar and love music! I am also a web designer with a lot of spare time on my hands at the moment, which is why I can do freaky stuff on my researcher page!
