my names Totty and i just thought i would come and say hi and to say i found ur page very interesting!!! i would love to be able to travel back in time to witness many historic events take place, i would especilly love to visit the 50`s (seeing as that was well before my time as i was born in the 70`s ) as i liked that era and it would be funny to see my mum n dad as children!!!
so what do u think of h2g2 so far?? i noticed u havent subscribed to any other conversations...why dont u pop along to The Travellers Rest A1303345 where u can meet other people and have a chat over a nice virtual or ....take some time out from ur travels im the co-owner of this fine establishment and i guarentee u would be made very welcom

Hello Tartan Totty. Thank you very much for your welcome. Yes it would be fantastic to travel back in time, witness first hand the events that made history. But also would be just as interesting to travel in to the future. Imagine traveling in to the 22nd century and seeing how thw World has been shaped. What the architecture is like. Would there ever be such a thing in the future as world peace? all these things we could see if time travel was posable. i believe that one day it will be.Anyway back to what you was saying. I'm finding h2g2 very fascinating. I stumbled across this site on my traveles around the net, This brings me to the travellers rest. An apt name, I could do with a rest, So will drop by real soon.I have only subscribed to one conversation thats true, This maybe because that was the person that had welcomed me to this fascinating site. I have been doing a lot of research and reading what other researchers are saying. I must go for now, So hope to catch up with you very soon and you never know my travels may bring me to the travellers rest in time.

oh, just noticed u dont use <./>smileys</.> if u click on this link itll take u too the smiley list, why not use some and brighten up ur posts im always using then cos there but unless u check the list u wont no what half off them are!!!
to be honest...i wouldnt like to travel into the future, id be scared incase it was bad or things didnt turn out the way i hoped they would for me..do u understand?? id hate to look forward n see i had a serious accident or illness or something, if that was gonna happen i would rather not no till it did

Totty it is then. I will use smileys wen i can get the hang of it and a little more confident. I understand compleatly what you mean about traveling in to the furure to see how things turn out for ones self, But i wasnt talking about jumping a generation,i was talking about traveling 100 or perhaps a 1000 years in to the future. Talking of time travel, I did travel over to your personal space (took sevrel minutes to get there,But was worth it. Your page is fantastic, alas i cant do all that as im on using a digi box(dont laff im from the present not the future)

I did have a look at the link you sent me for the travellers rest,And had a little look around, It looks a great place, You must be very clever to have writen all that yourself.
I did not stay though as there was no-one around as far as i could tell, May have another look next time your on.
Hope to hear from you again soon and by then will have learnt how to do a smiley.

well its easy to do smileys the one i done above is only < smiley > but dont leave a space between the < and > and u get go on try it...i wont laugh honest!!!
as for The Travellers Rest iv got to admit it wasnt me that wrote it..it was my good friend DemonMaster that done MOST of the work (im not letting him have all the credit, i do most of the work in the pub ) but im the one who runs the place
im only on digibox myself, but the guideml stuff isnt as hard as it looks tho..once u get the hang of it its quite easy!!! im forever in my guideml changing it cos i get bored easy!!!
if u need a helping hand or want some advice about it give me a shout
so tell me a bit about urself then u married/single/kids etc??? where u from??
im female (obviously with totty in my name ) im 25 and from scotland n iv got a 4 1/2 year old i mean daughter and iv been using this site for a while now
anyway looks like im writing an essay so ill leave it for now...

Good afternoon, TartanTotty, Right here goes them my first Smiley,I have had a really good look at the smiley page and think i should be able to produce a simple smiley considering i travel through time aand Space it shouldnt be that difficult so here goes
