I've been to the Tea Shoppe: I've seen what goes on there. It's a hotbed of friendliness and cakes. They make pleasant conversation and even cheer people up. It's no place for someone like you.

To be considered a genius (after death), you must steep yourself in misery and loneliness. It's the only way.

Would Oscar Wilde have squandered his genius in tea shops? Well, allright, he did quite regularly--but he regretted it later, oh yes. Dangerous places, tea shops. Very dangerous.
