No I dont mean Bella Emberg in a suit of armour..
I mean one of Mr Bransons finest 747's, which will be bearing a precious cargo on Boxing day. Me, mrs Spike and little miss Spike going on hols across the pond to visit some pals who live just outside New York. 
If MR Bin Laden and his pals behave, we will be back sometime in second week of January, no doubt mysteriously minus some cash and plus some weight. 
To one and all I wish a Merry Christmas and a peceful, prosperous new year. See you when we get back, as I dont think I will be internetting whilst away.

Hi Spike,
I guess you may be back soon from your sojourn. How did the big metal bird treat you and did you have a great time? Mr BL kept his hands to himself then, so I presume you are safe.
Let me know how your festivities went, be nice to talk to you again. I am not that much better but if you read through my "And in the red corner..." and "Seconds out! Round two!" threads you will see what is happening about that.
I am sure you will have a lot of backlog to catch up on, so hear from you when you have time.

Hello all!! We got back (eventually! after delays) Friday afternoon, spent most of Friday and Saturday asleep/recovering/sorting out the pile of bills on the doormat, piles of washing, collecting hound from dog sitter etc. etc.. you get the idea I'm sure!
We had a FABBO time ! Spent far too much money, ate and drank far too much, now back to reality 
For thos enot acquainted with New Yoik..... You must go!! It is everything you expect and more. EVERYTHING is available 24hrs, most of it delvivered if you want... I have laods of posts to catch up on....see you all soon. When things have calmed down a little and I have managed to catch up...
