helloooooooooooo sis hows you and the kids ? i am feeling a bit shit at the mo but with all i am going through that is understandable...i have to go back in to hospital for loads more tests and am getting put on a real strict diet ...i am not allowed bread, cakes ,pies,bridies or eny thing containing gluten...shit eh? i have to stay off spices curry..ohhhh well are you all prepaired for xmas ? i have most off mine in now thankfully ... have you spoke to Con lately? if you have tell him i was asking for him and give him our number tell him he has to call us plzzzzz. Bn has been on the phone a couple off times to wayne he is a hunny ..i love him to bits ...i miss talking to you all ..i must go as i need something to eat ...take care love you all
