having a down day today

todays not been a very good day 
was fine when i woke up this morning although feeling rather shattered as not been sleeping very well the last few days and also i have things on my mind but apart from that i was having an ok day until i got a phone call from greece from my dad telling me that my mum is ill an unable to eat anything as she may have food poisoning 
.....he said he was going to take her to the local pharmacy to get her some stuff but now i'm worried sick and wont know anymore until he rings me again sometime next week 
i hope she's alright as they've only been on their holiday there since thursday and already something has gone wrong
