I stopped playing football when I was 39 .... . The last team I played for were called 'The Waterside PENSIONERS' ...

Golf is still quite hard on my feet .... its a struggle to get round all 18 holes .... lol

So, PAINTINEERS SHOULD BE VERY STRONG lol.
I know to get around the whole 18 round is pretty hard for your feet, but light golf exersice is good for you

I wish if I could play tennis , but I need more time to recover
All I know is that I CAN SKI Must be tougher than tennis in a sense

I have only ever done skiing on a dry slope .... never snow .. must be really good fun ...

Yes I can still access h2 at work ... but I can only do it when nobody else is around . Its not often that I am alone at work .
I can still access from home so its good to leave a message .. I will always reply ... eventually

Poole Pirates Won last night ... I have just watches it on telly. Tomorrow I will be going to watch them at home .... only a couple of months of this season left ..

I have just cooked Spagetti Bolognaise for dinner and am just waiting for my sister to come home so that I can serve it up

I'm okay though I'm VERY SLEEPY because of Olympic Game in GREEK!
Most of Japanese are now lack of sleep because of watching at the Olympic Game which will start in late afternoon and finish at midnight
I'm not much more excited with the Olimpic Game than the WINTER OLIMPIC GAME, but I'm sure I don't sleep at night because of watching TELLY And because of awful summer heat, I've been completely done up with it So, I don't come here so often, too
