Hello Robert,
Pleaesed to see you
I've never been to China. And I'm sure China is really different from Japan. I don't know how to explain the differences among Japan, Korea and China where most of western people think those are more or less the same. But our culture, way of thinking (very close, though)... are very difference.
Osaka is the rather southern part of Japanese main island.

If you can see those, then I'll send some of photos of Osaka
Oh my, there are so many people in Northwest/manchester have registered h2.
Actually I haven't been to Manchester, just went through as a transgitting to Bradford when I was in Englnad in 1898 (I wanted to go to Haworth where is Emily Brotne's birth place)
I know Manchester is well know as a industrial region, and one of the bigger City in England.
I'll visit Manchester when I go to England next time
I'm not sure when, but I'm sure I'll go.
Thank you so much for your message.
Hope you understannd my Engish
Have a Lovely Weekend.
Taeko as Taamyu
(Taeko is my FIRST name. there are no Taamyu as Japanese name both first and last name. Taeko is one of popular female name in the past (when I was young.))

ps: I love Postman Pat
Postman Pat, Postman Pat,
Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
Early in the morning, Just as day is dawning,
He picks up all the post bags in his van.
Postman Pat, Postman Pat,
Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
All the birds are singing, and the day is just beginning.
Pat feels he's a really happy man.
Everybody knows his bright red van,
All his friends will smile as he waves to greet them,
Maybe... You can never be sure,
There'll be knock...[knock knock] Ring [ring ring]
Letters through your door.
Postman Pat, Postman Pat,
Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
All the birds are singing, and the day is just beginning.
Pat feels he's a really happy man.

Hello Robert, Postman Pat
You are really postman, aren't you
I do really appreicate you for delivering all things that I sent to my Friends there
Actually, my nickname Taamyu doesn't exist in Japanese (both first amd last name ). My first name is TAEKO.
I'm glad that you were able to find where Oksaka is
I really love my hometown. Very active, has got full of spirits, though the sense is loosing as time flies
As I've got serious mental(stressful) illness (hysteria) since I came back from England (Yup,I was there from April to October in 1989) And it takes awful long time to recover
But I am now recovering quicker and I get stronger mentally than a few years ago and My doctor told me that I can do whatever I want to do cos I don't depend on someone/something too much
So, now I'm in social security (the city Support financailly.) So, when I can be independent completely, I do it!!!
Actually, I'm now teaching English to small Japanese children at my friend's place wehre she organise very private and samll school/circle in NARA (very historical city) next to Osaka.
But I'm really worried about my SPEAKING ENGLISH as well as other my English abilities to TEACH
But If I could get a job there, I'm surely move there and settle down lol. It's my dream
So, I think it's time for go "back" to England soon
not sure when, but I definately go there.
Well, it's really wonderful to get your reply. Thank you for your reply. And don't appologise for delayed reply. I DO.... Remember, I'm very frickle person and very lazy and I reply very slow, but if you can keep this thread, we can keep chatting
Have a lovely weekend, Robert
See you soon
Taeko
