i know the feeling of not knowing what to download. Man oh man is it annoing. But you should take it back for a refund and get an ipod. they rock if you want to know more about the ipod check out www.apple.com.

Yes but then I wouldn't be able to use that on a treadmill or anywhere else in the Gym 
as long as I get the connection kit I can play this through my exhisting stereos, I don't really have room for a new thing in the house at the moment. its a good idea though.
