Euphoric One - I can bend minds with my spoon

Do you remember the one scene where our hero is telling Bob and Bob that, if he messes up, he gets told off eight different times? That's how I feel.

See, I was sitting here building two computers with my friend. While I was doing this, my door opens in a spontaneous manner and my brother -- oh how I hate my brother -- tells me not to forget it's a "trash night" (note to the slow: this means that it's a night I collect the trash. Yes, I collect it. Every time. No one else even helps. Being the youngest is annoying sometimes; both my brothers always required that I help them, so why can't I recruit? No, I'm not bitter at all, why?). So anyway, he tells me this.

I say "Okay." He, mercifully, goes away. So I work on my computers for, say, ten minutes. Then my door opens (no knock this time) and my dad makes sure I know it's a trash night (Mental note: Ugh). I say, okay, I need to do something here, then I will. So -- and here's the kicker -- I work on my computer for five more minutes. My door opens and my mom says .... "Don't forget it's a trash night." At this point, I collect the trash just to get them to shut up.

On the plus side, I now have not only a modemless internet server, I also have a computer that can't do much of anything at the moment but is in a nifty new LANboy case. Oh well, thank God (or, being an atheist, thank nothing) for laptops. smiley - winkeye See you guys and gals!

-smiley - cool
