h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi Christy,

Can't really shed any light on this for you but I'm fairly new to this too and still trying to find my feet, so how are you?

i'm great, listening to a book on cd, actually it is the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy--though i've read the books already, and i'm doing work. i'm at work right now actually and i finally have something to do which is why i'm great at the moment and not totally blinking mad! how are you?

Hi Christy, Thanks for the reply, I'm at work too at least I have something to do now which breaks up the day for me. I think this is the only thing that they haven't managed to block yet

it's always nice to have something to do. but it sucks to have to get up early, i found it very hard to wake up today. i wouldn't have if i didn't have a snooze button on my alarm clock, but i wouldn't have bought an alarm clock without a snooze button so i'm sort of stuck!

Yeh I'm a nightmare for getting up early in the morning, I set my alarm for half six and press the snooze about six times so that I get up at about half seven. I can't seem to get up straight away as soon as the alarm goes off, so what you up to today then? Anything interesting

not really interesting. i finally have work to do and now i don't want to do it because i want to look around this place for awhile. how about you?

Same here, have tons of work to do but would rather spend my time on here, this is much more interesting. Its pretty cold up here today, but then again its only 20 past seven just now. What do you do at work and what are your hobbies?

work. i'm an intern at a small business that does contracting work. i tend to get stuck with projects that no one else wants, using databases, making copies, double checking things. it's really easy work, just extremely tedious. i'm pretty happy with it though, making money for school in the fall. the only down side is that sometimes i have nothing to do and i just sit around (that's actually how i stumbled onto the guide).
when i'm not at work i'm even more boring. i just sit around and read or make puzzles. i really like puzzles. or i ride my bike around by the lake or the river, depending whether i'm at home or at school. also, i like to play with my nephew, he's three and quite a handfull. my family takes him to the zoo a lot.
