Just got in after a quiet day at the office! So how was your day?

Slightly odd. Had no electricity for much of it (had a new switch board put in) so I spent some of the time knitting. I found a scarf I was making years ago and just sort of picked it up and continued it.

When my mother had a new bathroom suite fitted she filled the old one full of water! When the plumber arrived to disconnect the bath and take it out he told her he would have to empty it first. She told him she knew he would cut the water off, so she saved some up!

Oh dear. That type of thing happens a lot though.
