Yes, you're right.
The original source isn't correct and I did not see this one.
That's what a community is all about;
more ears, eyes, hands etc.
It still is rather weird, that one cannot change anything edited at H2G2.

Thanks for the effort, but none was private.
Many links are commercial, but in this context (about The netherlands)
it did make a difference in getting involved in this small country.
Maybe the list of chapters could have been seen as "selling".
I didn't even know the existence of the book itself until a few days ago.
But, I cannot imagine anything else.
