I worked on the space shuttle while at Rockwell Int'l. also the F-111. (GPS also) So I know aerospace at least a little.
I currently live in Salem Oregon, which I've discovered is actually North of and of course way far west of Toronto. I of course favor the XB-70 since I had friends that worked on it. It is to bad that governments have so much to say about what flys and what doesn't. Pure flight is what my interest is and I have been up in so many different ways. Balloon, glider, single engine, twin Otter (actually parachuted from this plane) and all of the Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft. Missed the Concorde though.

Hi,
Thanks for the welcome. You worked on some interesting programs. I've always thought the F-111 was a very cool airplane.
I love to fly as well and currently have my private pilot licence (have had it now for *quick mental math* 13 years. I've been in a glider once (very nice way to fly) and would like to do that more often. Mostly I fly single engine stuff, Cessnas, Pipers, Beech. I have flown a variety.
I've also been on most of the commercial stuff, only recently on a 747 though.
Great to meet you!
