Hello Dusk :-)

Post 32

Oh, being a student is no reason to not be called, I was called to serve in January (i.e. while I was still a student) but I deferred to now as I'm sure you know I couldn't afford the time whilst at university, especially during the exams smiley - bigeyes. If you get called whilst at university, they'll let you defer to the holidays, but you still have to serve. The odds are severly against you being called though, you have about a 50% chance of being called before you're 69 smiley - smiley

Hello Dusk :-)

Post 39

dusk

then why do some people get called all the time...one of my friends perents were called about once a year. my mums never been called.

ooh got to go, food

Hello Dusk :-)

Post 40

Laura

It is completely random. If you're called within two years of your last service, you have the right to refuse smiley - smiley
