Looks like I may be in 1770 for a while after Easter too, with any luck, so a trip to Bundy will definetely be on the cards

I hope you like rum, as we have the distillery here and some of the best beaches
1770 is nice, at least the road is all sealed now, not long ago there were still some gravel sections, the surf there is great, and some of the views absoballylutely gorgeous

Yup... still heading your way. I'm in Townsville right now, mentally preparing myself for the 17 hour train journey which begins at 4pm 
I'll be in touch once I know what the score is in Childers.
Expect to be in 1770 around 5 April.. for who knows how long?

I'm in Childers. Got a car for the next couple of weeks and can therefore make my way to Bundy. Even went there today with Jill, my host. So I know the way 
Can meet up there over Easter? I have to leave Bundy by 3pm, cos of feeding the farm here. But can meet anytime after about 10am.
