I shan't be loosing touch... although my access to the internet is going to be severely restricted for a few months once I get to Australia. One day I might be able to afford a connection again! But anyway, I've got until the end of January to keep up with everybody.

Don't tell anyone, but I'm actually rather looking forward to being out of touch for a wee while

hi FB,if it's okay i'll add you to my friends list,,then i shall know when you're about again.I hope your postings wont be too far apart,i look forward to reading them!!!I haven't been online as much recently,if you recall we talked about my mother having dementia,sadly she died in november,but i found H2,and the friends in here a great comfort.but i understand you looking forward to the break.....it gives time to get the head ,and everything else in order!!!

Ach, smurfles, I'm sorry about your mother But perhaps it's a relief for her - and for you - given her dementia. It is the cruelest of endings, isn't it? I hope to die quickly - feet up in the broad beans

Packing? Well, I've spent the last 2 1/2 days sorting, wrapping and putting stuff into boxes. It's got too much for me this lunchtime, so I've just had a lovely walk and I'm about to go to see The Messiah being performed in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Good packing therapy
