Your Phi entry is on the Front Page today, 18-Feb-2004. There are quite a few things in it that still need to be tidied up, so I would like to put it into the update forum and change them myself. The eds seem to think this is reasonable, given the history of this particular entry. I hope you don't mind.

i dont come here often, so go right ahead.. i think i would have taken it out of peer refiew a long time ago... except it wasn't in PR, or something like that.
