I hear you have the new updated version of interactive 
CRAP!! is'nt it 
I phone tellypest to complain at having to have endless hours of "frontrow"....an official complaint, and what they told me is if enough people complain, they will have to change it back 
...So get complaining please...and tell any of your fir friends if they have it to complain aswell....that way we mig might get our service back

i was on the phone to them with in 10 minutes of the change becouse i was watching the tv at the time
i lost my email service completly
the guy i spoke to said quote "i knew we would have trouble with this bag of

im lucky if my box responds to the keyboard at all

I'm having the opposite problem my keyboard has now got a "stutter" it types words or part of words twice i have to keep deleting bits
I get dumped into adverts...like the open universitiy, whether i want to go there or not
