I didn't get chance to comment in Peer Review, but I enjoyed this Entry - I was looking at blank page books just yesterday, but didn't find one in a design I liked with unlined pages... I keep looking 
I made a couple of tweaks, and added in some links. I hope that's OK for you, but let me know if there is anything you would like me to alter.
