Subbing St Augustine

Hi FS!
I'm sub-editing your article The Founding of Saint Augustine, Florida, USA. The recommended number is A87812283 - don't forget to subscribe!
First query:
**Probably the most important legacy of Laudonnière's time at Fort Caroline is the book published by Jaques DeMoyne recording the life of the existing tribes who would all cease to exist in the following years.**
I can't find "Jaques DeMoyne" but I can find a Jacques le Moyne (connected to Florida). Can you confirm this is the person you mean, please?
Second query:
You have: Saint Augustine, St. Augustine and St Augustine in the Entry. I'll need to make it uniform so which would you prefer? I note that Wiki uses "St. Augustine" but h2g2 style would be "St Augustine" unless you prefer Saint in full

I was using several sources while working on this - my hard copy book uses Jacques LeMoyne. Probably most of the confusion here is my complete lack of knowledge on written French.
This is the Guide- I want St Augustine to reflect preferred Guide Standards.
Thanks

Even though it would take another 35 years before the British colony at Jamestown would be established, Queen Elizabeth may have been trying to prevent a French colony from being established,
Hi FS, in that sentence is repetition of "established", could it be reworded?
Thanks,
GB

How About
Even though it would take another 35 years before the British colony at Jamestown would become a reality, Queen Elizabeth may have been trying to prevent a French colony from being established first,

Thanks FS, I'm all done with my subbing now
Thanks for writing that interesting piece of history which is a welcome addition to the Edited Guide.
If you'd like to read the recommended version through and OK my changes, I'll press the magic button to return it to the Eds for final polish and its day of glory on the Front Page
