I'm so sorry, Pliny (the one with the dolpin) is still experiencing some problems. And I am remiss because I rarely go into Pliny, Brunel is my preferred skin

I would advise anyone writing for the Guide to use Brunel for the time being

As to the broken link, I use Windows 7 and I just went to M$ Explorer and the link worked. This link is special in that it refers back into another entry within the same website AND it is auto-generated by h2g2.com.
Computers are wonderful… if you make money fixing problems.
I meant to reference an h2g2.com entry to give additional credence to the site.
But as to your qualifications, I very much respect your unique perspectives. I need to know how my writing is misleading. That aspect is very important to me. Every reader is unique. If I can communicate with my peers, then I may have a chance with the public.

As to the Raspberry Pi itself:
This $35 computer connects to my HDTV and can display 1080i movies. I found a youtube video I like very much while testing my R Pi.

Nobody programs in mainframe assembler, well you and I have.
The R Pi can be programmed in assembler, but it can be operated from Linux or from raspbmc. Raspbmc is an operating system that turns the little thing into a HD media box for the HDTV, almost suitable for consumers.
But in truth I do understand, it is a nasty occupation to play with computers instead of dolphins. So I am not trying to convert anybody. I do think R Pi may have a significant impact on the future of technology, but perhaps not.
To get a broader perspective, try google news or youtube. On the other hand, it is not likely to be worth the time.
