***I am faced with an electricity bill of truly stupendous proportions, so i need to sell my amplifier. It's a Marshall AS80R, which is for an acoustic/electric guitar plus vocals. Oscar has estimated via internet it would be worth about 600 euros new, this one is about 4 years old, not used much, so i assume it's still OK...i don't have a guitar i can plug into it and test at the moment. I have absolutely no idea about writing a "spec" on this, i need someone techie to write the spiel, then maybe i can try selling it on EBay.
So, could i ask a huge favour?Would you do a write up on it and give me some idea how much i could realistically ask for it? And obviously if you happen to know someone who might buy it, that would be preferable to EBay. Got to do this bloody quick, this mammoth bill is looming just around the corner; it's ridiculous, we pay a fixed sum each month for electric, but this winter has been a pig, we only have electric heating, even though we have tried to economise it seems you cannot eat and keep from freezing, it's one or the other. No doubt it's just the same in UK.
