h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm still feeling my way around all this stuff and, consequently, I confess I stumbled across rather than arrived purposefully at your site. Oh Serendipidy!

I took the liberty of clicking on the 'friends' button, I'm not sure what total effect that has and whether or not the guide prompts you to accept a disembodied offer of friendship, but I figured, irrespective of your awareness of me, that I should say hi. So wotcha Pam!

Now, I have some poems which I scribbled down over the last few years or so; but as with my scrappy guitar playing, it's not of sufficient quality that I should wish to expose it to others (en-mass, and here) but I would be willing to share it over the ether with a more accomplished bard...

So do let me know if you're willing, Pam. Otherwise I'll check-in from time to time to maintain my 'friendship' status and for inspiration.

I still get a bit confused with conversations myself. When I post in my journal it goes to everyone on my friends list.
I don't know how many other people read the converations, but you could put poems there or would you prefer an E.Mail address.
I'm no critic, but I'll have a look .
