Find Amy the Ant, or the ACE's page, there is a page to guide you through it, together with the codes for all the smileys. To find Amy, or another Ace, you can either search "Who's Online" and then click on a name, or just type Amy the Ant, or another Ace's name in the search box at the top of your personal space. I haven't used it yet myself, so I'm not the one to guide you, but Amy is excellent.

Just had a go myself. Click "Edit Page" and follow the instructions. It's really easy. Cut and paste the pictures from the gallery.
