To change name, click on 'Preferences' button. Penultimate top right in 'alabaster' mode. Rest is obvious. Easy really.

Hi, Tom. QQN stays indefinitely and someone will occasionally look in, I hope. It was created to handle a particular emergency and I'm happy that the crisis is over and we're not needed except as a jump station to other QQ related boards. Sometimes it's also a handy place to stick easily accessible messages.

incidentally have you had to resign to stay on h2g2?,I had to hence the name change, strangely tiny 2 site is still available.

Hi Tom. Coming up with the concept was the inspired part of the job. When JR and I put our heads together, we're quite a team though! Thanks for the appreciation.

I managed to just change my password and keep the same login name. You can change your screen name here by selecting the red 'Preferences' button at the right of the row of red buttons near the top of the screen (assuming 'alabaster').
