How was your arm today, any easing of the pain? It's difficult trying to do it this way, but you should still feel some benefit...let me know. Hope things were good for you today

Sure. There are no miracle cures like this, the best we can do is speed up the natural healing process, and ease some of the pain along the way.

I work in one of the New Deal for the Communities areas in Coventry, trying to get the residents interested in rejuvinating the locally deprived area. I liase with drug and alcohol abuse agencies, race relations, crime prevention, environmental health and so on. It's a tough area but the job satisfaction can be great.

I'm very well my dear. Still flushed after your dancing of last night. Very glad the pain in your arm has eased. As I said before, all I can do this end is try and speed up the natural healing process. I have taken the liberty of adding you to my list of friends, hope you're ok with this (should have asked first I suppose!)
