I'm not too good... I feel so rough.. I must have a head cold or something..
Plus every caller i have doesn't have a clue what they want or are in a mood cos the last person gave them the wrong number... This in turn is making my call time very high... Not happy

I have got to do yet another huge report for Ray 
well at least it will give me something to do for a while.

I only have to do the report for my team, but as you know it takes ages to back track through and see who had what leave and if it's paid or unpaid. I have been doing it for ages and I have only done two
