I had to speak to Ray, he sent me a massive e-mail about 2 guys on my team who have been off sick, he wants me to send letters out to them about having a Written for sickness. He wanted to know why I had given them informals, and where missing RTW's are. I told him that the missing RTW's should of been done when he was on someone elses team, and I felt that he was being unfair to one of the guys about giving him a Written. When I went everthing with him, he agreed and scraped one of the warnings......

I now have to get a huge report of to him for tomorrow.
