Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
Hey sounds like a wonder job! What do you work as?
Because I'm still at school I have the whole holidays to be on here, and then when i go back to school (i board) this is the only thing I can actually get on because the school has blocked practically every site in the whole entire world!
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
the same as here really....why i don't know but never mind..
as for work nothing so glam i'm afraid,i work in transport for a firm called freightliner..we move containers via road & rail the length & bredth of the country........ you still awake..
so nothing really exciting i'm afraid..
so howd you come across hootoo then..
hi kat...
Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
My friend...erm...Happysuggs..introduced me to it. We're great mates and she said that I should get on here so she could talk to me when she's at school and also so that I could meet lots of nice people. Unfortunately she's had a bit of a falling out with some people because they've embarrassed her and made her feel stupid and so she's left for a while, so I'm all alone here. I'm glad you came and picked me up!
Okay so the job does sound kind of boring I did my work experience recently which was in the admin section of warwick county council...now THAT was boring!
So what sort of music do you like? What sort of things do you like getting up to? and so on and so forth..
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
ok i did perhaps overdramatise the job its not quite that boring..
well musically i like a little bit of everything from the 60's onwards through rock, punk, new wave ,garage etc...but please don't aske me to name any of the current groups coz i could'nt tell ya..
the 80's was my era so i guess out of everything i prefur the music from then.
as for what i like i guess you've read my page so you know some of it,but i enjoy sports etc & i guess socialising.
although you might not guess it i'm a pretty shy person, but i've done the whole army thing so i enjoy camping ,general holidays abroard etc..
proberly extremely boring but thats all the time i have to spare when i'm not working here...,sorry if that sounds dull..
so what about you then..?
hi kat...
Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
Im in the CCF, but oddly enough I hate all the running jumping climbing trees that is involved with the services.
What sort of sports do you like playing? I'm not the best sportsman (person?) although I do enjoy cycling but that doesn't really count as a sport does it?
I love 80s music. I'm not sure why seeing as I only was in the 80s for a very short amount of time. I like Madness, The Clash (yes i know not 80s), The Jam, and all sorts of others. I too could probably not name the present bands. I got caught out recently when watching tv with friends. I asked if the band was Westlife and it turned out to be Blue. They all look the same to me.
I like camping though! There's something about the whole waking up early in the morning with that outdoor smell mixed with tent smell.
Tell me about your kids. I like hearing about people's lives...you know the small bits that people don't immediately think of.
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
well i used to be a weightlifter for about 12 yrs,i've done long distance running for years until recently when i tailoured it down to 10mls tree times a week..
yeah your ok with cycling its a recognised sport no problems & its good for you as well...
you like camping as well,i do have to agree with you about the first thing in the morning specially if theres wood pidgeons about..lol
so you like 80's music then thats unusual...but good on you at least it was original then & not ripped off...
well my eldest is john he is 12 this yr,my daughter kirsty is 9 1/2 & my youngest is ryan who's 6 1/2 bless him...

Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
You know I've had nothing to do all day so I'm reading the WHOLE of the Male Masturbation thread. I really do have too much time on my hands.
I used to go out with a guy called Ryan...not that that really relates to your son.
Boy is it hot? I took my laptop outside (wireless broad band *i think*) but it overheated and got uphappy and went "baavoooooooosshhh" and turned off.
10 mls three times a week is....WRONG! too much exercise!
Are you doing anything fun this week? or just working? I've got to get the train to Bedford on thursday and stay with a past girlfriend and ohhhh...
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
bedford...crikey thats not that far from me.....
yeah unluckily for me i'm at work from 0700hrs sat to 1900hrs....fun hey.......not..lol
is that wireless broardband/laptop any good i'm thinking of buying one but did'nt know anyone i could sound out..,the male masterbation thread is quite good...roflmao...
as for the running i've not done any for a while coz i have tendonitus in the knees & i'm trying to stretch the hamstrings..
you don't sound too chuffed at the prospect of going to bedford mind..
hi kat...
Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
Well i go to school in Bedford, and I live in Coventry. Where abouts do you live?
I don't want to go because I have to stay with old gf, and thats not a good thing is it?
I had the laptop for ages but havent really worked out much about it expcet normal things. The broad band is on virgin and you have to buy: a modem
micro splitters for phone lines
pc card for laptop (i got a netgear one)
It works well as far as I can see....range is a bit odd at times.
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
i hate to be nosey...,but i was anyway & read what you put in your reply to paul.......
i'm actually in ipswich....which is about 80 mls away not to far really..
ah ha..i see,i thought i'd ask as i wanted to see if these things are actually worth having as i say i have a pc at home.....what the hell i think i'll have one anyway..
so what you gonna be doing in bedford then,i feel for you when you say your not keen on staying where your going, does'nt sound like an ideal solution...how will you keep sane...rofl..
well if you get bored or lonely during the day were always here,my email address is at the bottom of my page for when i'm home but you'd be welcome to the works as well if you wished.....
so i don't suppose going out to the pubs has figured in your plans much ...............................then....lmao

Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
I'm a bit off alcohol because i had a nasty run in with said girl and a large bottle of vodka.
What's to be sorry about?
Ive got to go to the orthodontist I hate going but I'll be getting the train tracks off in September so I'm trying not to complain.
I will keep sane....by remembering how nasty the girl has been to me and ignoring the fact I still really love her. I got dumped at the same time as one of my best friends got dumped by her girl...and all in the same town It was all done during exam time and so we both got dumped due to exams and stress and they generally are annoying people which I will keep in mind.
Do you work 9-7 every week day? Nice...not.
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
no i don't thankfully but the other shifts are'nt much cop either...lol
next week just for the fun of it i'm here from 0600 to 1800 hrs & i'll be the same the week after as well... add the 2 -3 hrs travelling time it's a real pain...
oh & for interests sake i'm on nights the week after that a bit nmore serene only 2000hrs to 0600..
its difficult to cope sometimes when you still have strong feelings....trust me i'm a doctor ...i know..
as for the alcohol you'll find something else i did...lmao,so don't worry about it.
so tell me as you like the 80's music which band stands out as the one you most like..?
hi kat...
Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 15, 2003
Well I'm very keen on ska, and like Madness. I also like The Jam, The Clash, and other such bands.
Hmm...I've just found that I've got a verucca. I'd forgotten it was there but it's been there for about five years!
My dog is moaning about the heat...well not literally but she keeps coming and staring at me whilst panting, then going to her water and drinking practically the whole bowl!
I'm teaching myself Spanish. Do you speak any other languages?
hi kat...
wazzow Posted Jul 15, 2003
i have illusions of grandeur that i might eventually teach myself spanish & french as i have friends in both countrys...lol
madness & the specials....cool..
i feel for your dog ii have one at home & he's proberly doing the same bless him..
well look my love i'm going home now,its been a real pleasure talking to you & if your around tommorrow we'll chat then..

Kat - From H2G2 Posted Jul 18, 2003
Heya sorry I've been away for a while. I kind of....ran off from home to Bedford two days early. It's a sort of complicated story but my parents might be divorcing and I had had enough of it so i ran off to bedford which meant that my old girl got a shaking and tired Kat at the door at 11pm.
I got a spanish learning book+CD through the post today from Amazon. I'm going to try it out but I've realised that I don't have a Walkman so I have to listen to the CD when I'm at home, nto on the train or anything.
I had my braces tightened today and it hurts sooooo badly! Luckily though they still say that I can have them off in September or October.
How have you been?
