Hi Christy,
Thanks for dropping in! smiley - sorry not visiting h2g2 frequently. I have joined Yoga classes, craft/ sewing classes and cookery club (to fight those baby blues smiley - laugh ).Hope to meet some nice people in the class! would like to go back to work but child care is very expensive here and I am not sure till when are we going to be in UK?
I have been bit busy for last two weeks, hosted two dinners for DH's colleagues.
My son is walking and breaking havoc in my life smiley - headhurts. He has learnt to switch off TV/ PC...... working on PC or watching tele has become quite challenging! My house is't very child friendly. Did some re-arranging last week smiley - smiley Hope new system will work. He loves to spend hours in bathroom and wants to drink from bath tap (God help me smiley - run)

How have you been? Hope you enjoyed your home visit!
smiley - cheers

sounds like he is a handful. my nephew is much of the same. he's so cute though and he calls everyone "boy", he said "i'm gonna shoot mommy with an arrow. (chuckle) i shot him!" i can't stand it sometimes just how adorable he is. and then i have to leave him and he just sits in his mom's arms and cries. it makes me feel very loved, then i feel aweful that i have to leave him. but my family is great and i saw my uncle, one i haven't seen for 5 years and his kids, who i used to play with when my mom moved us to my grandma's house during her divorce and my uncle moved his kids to my grandma's house while he was having marriage problems too. great stuff smiley - erm but it gave us a chance to bond and play together. um, anywho. lovely to hear from you again and i understand about the not being able to be online, happens to the best of us. but i still look forward to hearing from you againsmiley - biggrin

Hi Christy,
How have you been?
I enjoyed my cooking class and Yoga. Sewing was Ok. Not many people are interested. In cooking we did milk bread, was yum smiley - drool
Yoga class was pretty exhaustive. In one hour we covered almost 30 positions (asanas) Next day my whole body, every muscle was paining! I am happy to know my body is not as stiff as I anticipated smiley - biggrin
Nice to know about your nephew, that is my future smiley - smiley I am waiting for the moment my son will understand what I tell, I mean probably he does but doesn't respond accordingly (hard to explain smiley - laugh )
One more milestone achieved.... he's calling me mmmmi smiley - biggrinsmiley - applause
I was not visiting h2g2 for a while, whole place seemed deserted and I missed first word in word play third round smiley - sadface New smile's are cool!
Stay in touch
smiley - cheers

dude, i did notice some people using smilies that i've never seen and i wondered, thanx for actually pointing it out! very helpful and they are neat! especially the smiley - somersault! yeah, i spelled it right, yippie!
i understand about the wanting your son to understand you, my nephew is like that. sometimes he just doesn't listen. like he'll say "what" a million times! very cute and aggrivating at the same timesmiley - erm.
i too have been doing stuff. that sounded weird. i'm taking a tae kwon do class! great stuff, and i go to cardio hip hop classes that the college gym offers. i like racquetball too! (and exclamation marks, in case you didn't noticesmiley - biggrin). so, was it a one time yoga class, or are you going again? if so, have funsmiley - biggrin!!! i'll talk to you later!
smiley - zen
