evening sweetheart little task for you tonigh i want if you will to follow these instructions if you get stuck just press `my space` in the top left and it will put you back to where you started..
OK first click on `edit this page` then move the yellow box down so that it is on the main text, it should have at the start of main text,
press your space bar and the should move a space to the right, delete that space (<-- key on keyboard) then move down to the word `aerobic` and after that type in the following..

there is a space after picture and a space before blob no other spaces once you have done that move down the page to `update introduction` click on that then come back and let me know what you think...

the same principal applies to most pictures i usualy use EMBED CENTRE but i thought i would let you see what would happen if you use FREE you could also use LEFT
all you do if you want a different picture is change the B number the acts the same as
pressing the return key on your keyboard if you put it will
underline and return the links are a little bit more complicated but when you get chance have a look at how they are done and we can have a try at putting a link to pictures page on over the w/end.. if you look at the link you will see you opn the link then you put your clickon text (LINK TO PICTURES then you have to close the link then underline it and then maybe add a smiley < smiley type="mod/>
notice smileys are in lower case..so ends todays lesson now how about a big hug for you

I did look at that picture actually but thought it looked more like a wizard than a Witch there is another one that i used on my site the G cleff cafe. but still you done good you managed to change it on your own see if you write down some of the instructions then links and pictures should be fairly easy to do..glever girl think you deserve something nice for that ..lol

the G Cleff isn`t finished yrt in fact it is only in it`s very early stages but things like that take ages to get everything together then get the people to help run various sections of it but if you wanto nip and have a look at it you can click on here

hahaha no i don`t live with my gran but i do look after her at her place..she is getting on a bit and normally my mum looks after her and i just go and see her once or twice a week but my mum has just had hip replacement so she isn`t able to look after gran for a few week so i am doing it..thing is she has altsimers (can`t spell that) so she keeps forgetting to take her medication , or forgets to turn the gas off on cooker after forgetting it isn`t lit..or forgeting wether she has eaten..don`t know if you have been and looked at the G cleff yet if so what do you think??..I`m not married although
myself and partner do have 2 lads 10 and 7 and we have been living together for 10 and a half years..just that we never had any desire to get married..if you don`t mind me askin how old are your children and how old was you when you had your first..i was 25

Your still a youngster yet like me i`m only 41..but i still feel just the same as i did when i was 21..and a lot fitter than i did when i was 31 and weighed in at 16 stone and a size 40 waist..
i am now 12 and a half stone and a trim 32-34 waist..still feel as if i am a little overweight but that will come off over the summer i hope..
