OK I've been thinking aout what I can write an entry on. Here are some ideas:
- Oktoberfest
- King Ludwig II, the mad King of Bavaria
- Lord of the Rings (along the lines of the excelent entry on the Hobbit)
What do you think? Any comments would be most welcome.

The Oktoberfest would probably get some interest but what about:
German beer (do research at the Andechser Brauerei), the Englischer Garten (incl its sunbathers), German Kabarett humour (try and convince the British), or the annual Deutscher Phantastik Preis for sci-fi (up your street?).
Or keep it simple and just stick to the Watzmann or the Weisswurst (probably could make a fun entry about the latter).
