Martine, I'm not sure is this the place to post a message to you - have become increasingly confused by the new set-up.

However, in case you haven't seen it, Jont has invented a new script whereby we now see each posters unique identifying number beside their name - and can extend the number by ading a name if we want to.

So - I can ensure that beside your name is a number, but also the name Martine. I can ensure that Rebecca Riots and Merry Terrier both come up as MT. Duncan can be clearly flagged (you can flag us all in French if you want - it might relieve your feelings a bit).

It means if I dress myself up as 'spartacus' or 'warty-hag-from-hell', my number and your tag for me will still appear on the scren.

It will take time to label people, but it is a way of making the boards feel a bit more stable.

Thanks dean, I have tried to install Firefox; for some reason it wouldn't run on my Mac so I'm waiting for the next five minutes my son has got... I greatly admired your self-restraint and firmness. But the stoopid one now has an extra long number, a scarlet letter as it were.
