My wife and I were considering moving to France or Sweden, but just recently we've been discussing the possibility of moving back to the UK or to the Republic of Ireland. The advantage - aside from simply not having to learn another language - is that we can study in English and probably get better grades. Britain and Ireland are not our favorite societal models but they are at least European. We've got to get out of America - its crazy over here.
We're looking at Oxford and Exeter universities in particular, though we have yet to look into Irish schools. I also would like to examine Ireland more carefully and see whether it is preferable to the UK.
I'm looking forward to voting Green at the next European elections!
