Things here in Preston are fraught with one thing and another at the moment, but like all things are showing signs of reaching towards a steady chaotic equilibrium. 
Is that the Village of Coulsdon that's south east of the Village of London?
After my unexpected bout of enthusiasm for Parched Peas the other night, I've been driven to new heights of daring: I have a pan of parched peas on the go at the moment!

You are right, the village of Coulsdon is exactly where you've placed it, at the bottom tip of the London Borough Of Croydon.
