Ok I will. I've been back a few months now and it seems to be slowly recouping after the move from the old way to the new one.
In keeping with the new look I have revamped the fish slapping game and am aiming to make it a bit more controllable with scoring and all sorts. We'll see how it goes.

This and that. *consults wll chart with graph showing ups and downs* Things not too bad at the moment. Working, family generally OK after some very bad stuff.

Bought a house ... became poor because of it!

If you can stick with it it gets better eventually.

Yeah, just starting to be financially stable again. The first three years are the worst.

Is the house worth more than you owe yet?

Oh yes. Here's where I make you sick! Bought in feb 2001 for £92K. Valued in Dec 2003 at £210K! 4 bed/2 reception house in a small town about 8 miles from Portsmouth! Now if only I could release the capital!

Things DO go down as well as up. Just be happy if you can afford the mortgage. I went through the last dip in the 1990's but was in the process of buying so it worked in my favour. I don't however worry too much about the value of the house (Western Edge of Greater London) as I'd have to spend it out again on a new one anyway.

I used to live in west London, I just couldn't afford anything on my wages. Now I just trek to work in London every day!

Oh. Used to live in Chiswick. Work in Hammersmith.

I used ot cover Hammersmith in a previous job (many years ago now) but I still have friends working there) mainly community work type stuff.
