close, it means - i did welsh in secondary school but haven't spoken it for ages.
Nowt wrong with being a bit 'eccentric', my mother's a total nutcase, her idea of fun is to go stealing boats at 2 in the morning. it's just the family that live in england who think i need to be sectioned including my wanker chops father bless him.
